Handle with care; mushrooms are extremely fragile. Rinse whole fruits and vegetables in clean running water prior to using.

General Usage Ideas

  • Simmer mushrooms in ginger-garlic broth; add spinach and serve.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms and chopped chicken to cheese quesadillas.

Fall / Winter Usage Ideas:

  • Sauté MFC Portabella Mushrooms, sweet potato cubes, RSS Washed & Trimmed Spinach, and RSS Sliced Onions; when browned add a touch of cream; wrap filling in puff pastry squares; bake and slice into triangles; serve with soup
