The white onion season has ended in the Idaho/Oregon loading region. 

Idaho/Oregon

• The quality in remaining white onion storage stocks is too poor to ship

Washington

• Growers expect to have white onion supplies through the week of May 3
• Availability will be sporadic as the season winds down

California

• New crop California fresh-run white onions are being shipped out of the Imperial Valley
• The season will run through early June
• California onions will also be available to ship from 4Earth in Los Angeles

Texas

• Supplies of Texas-grown white onions are expected to remain available through the week of May 10
• Mexican white onions are also being shipped
