UPDATE: BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER

Supplies are increasing in multiple growing regions, easing broccoli and cauliflower prices.
- Expect plentiful stocks through the next two weeks
- Demand is moderate; prices will remain low levels the harvesting transition from the desert growing region to Santa Maria and Salinas Valley, California
- The Yuma season will end in the next 10 to 14 days
- Most Salinas Valley growers have started harvesting new crop broccoli and cauliflower
- Mexican-grown broccoli (crossing into South Texas) is tightening because of transportation issues in Central Mexico as well as the closures due to Easter/Holy Week
