Cauliflower prices are rising; supplies are starting to tighten.
- Markon Essentials Cauliflower is available
- Recent freezing temperatures in Texas brought an early finish to that season, shifting extra demand to the Arizona/California desert growing region
- Overall quality is excellent; size and color are ideal
- Salinas production will begin in mid-March; the Arizona/California desert season will wind down in late March
- Expect volume to fall and markets to continue climbing through next week
