Carrot supplies, especially the jumbo size, will be limited in California for the next three to four weeks while production moves from Bakersfield to the Imperial Valley. Expect higher prices on the West Coast until volume rises in early March. 

• Orders for Markon First Crop (MFC) Jumbo Carrots are being filled, but being kept to average levels
• Packer label jumbo carrots are available in Arizona and Mexico (into South Texas)
• Stocks are sufficient and prices are lower
• As demand shifts from California and Canada (where the storage season is winding down), markets may climb in these regions also
