Broccoli

• Salinas, California production will begin to wind down in mid-November
• The Arizona/California desert region will start harvesting in early to mid-November
• Product in Central Mexico is available year-round into South Texas; Northern Baja, Mexico broccoli will be available into Yuma, Arizona starting in mid-November to supplement domestic product as needed

Cauliflower

• The Arizona/California desert region will start production in early to mid-November
• Salinas, California production will wind down in mid- to late November and finish the first week of December
• Northern Baja, Mexico production will start in early December   

Celery

• Oxnard, California production will start in early November
• Salinas, California harvesting will wind down in mid-November
• The Coachella, Santa Maria, and Yuma regions will supplement Oxnard supplies until new crop Salinas harvesting starts again in June 2021

Green Leaf and Romaine

• Salinas, California production is winding down
• Arizona/California desert production will begin the week of November 2 and ramp up the weeks of November 9 and November 16

Iceberg

• Salinas, California production is winding down
• Huron, California harvesting is in full swing
• Arizona/California desert region production will start in a light way the week of November 2 and ramp up the week of November 9
