New crop domestic Valencia supplies have begun shipping. All purchase orders will be filled with domestic Valencias by the week of May 11.

• Valencia sugar levels range from 12 to 14 Brix
• Valencia color is light orange, compared to the late-season Navels; ethylene gas is not needed, as fruit is being harvested in full color
• Mexican Valencia stocks will remain on the market through June/July; sugar levels range from 12 to 13 Brix
