UPDATE: Tomato Prices

Round tomato prices remain elevated; the market has peaked. Prices are expected to slowly ease through the rest of January.

New crop Mexican tomatoes (into Nogales, Arizona and McAllen, Texas) are increasing
- Roma and grape tomato supplies are sufficient; prices are lower
- Round tomato stocks are limited; prices remain high
- Florida volume is slowly increasing; West Coast demand is keeping availability tight (especially large sizes)
- Expect improved availability and lower prices as the Mexican crop ramps up over the next three weeks
