- Prices are rising
- Rainy, cold weather is tightening Mexican supplies in Hermosillo, Sonora; growers are transitioning south to Culiacan, Sinaloa
- Florida volume is falling as well
- Expect elevated markets until supplies increase late next week
Red Bell Peppers
- The market is starting to ease
- Mexico is the primary growing region (into Nogales, Arizona); volume is rising
- Prices will continue to inch down into next week as production ramps up in the Culiacan, Sinaloa growing region
