The market will remain elevated for the next several weeks. Supplies are limited.  

• Increased levels of moisture and rainfall earlier this month in the Oxnard, California growing region has reduced yields     
• California volume is down due to a disease referred to as Fusarium
• The Florida season started last week
  • The initial crop is dominated by small sizes (30- and 36-count supplies)
  • 24-count celery is limited
  • Expect larger sizes to increase by the end of the month, easing prices
