UPDATE: Bell Peppers

Red and yellow bell pepper supplies are extremely limited; prices continue to rise. Green bell pepper stocks are abundant.

Red and yellow bell prices are elevated; volume is very low
- California production has been hindered by rain in the Coachella Valley
- Shipments from mainland Mexico (crossing into Nogales, Arizona and McAllen, Texas) are delayed until the week of December 16
- Heavy rains in Culiacan, Sinaloa have pushed back the start of the season
- Green bell prices are low; supplies are abundant between California, Mexico, and Florida
- Expect limited red supplies and high prices for two to three more weeks
