Temperatures dipped into the upper 30’s this morning, and light ice developed throughout the Salinas Valley. Most shippers had already delayed their harvest crew start times in anticipation of the light ice; delays up to 2 hours are expected.

More light ice is expected over the next two days as cooler temperatures are forecasted into the mid to upper 30’s.
