Supplies are limited; prices continue to climb. 

• Limited iceberg lettuce harvesting has begun in Huron, California
  • Salinas Valley stocks remain limited, which will keep markets elevated
  • Shipments between Salinas and Huron typically overlap, helping equalize available supplies, but this year Mother Nature has disrupted maturity in both growing areas
• Volume will be extremely low through November due to damage caused by a rain/hail storm in the desert in late September
• Expect elevated prices
