Markon is closely following the aftermath of the recent heavy rain and hail storm which passed through the greater Yuma, Arizona growing region on Tuesday, October 24. The below pictures give an indication of some of the damage which occurred with broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and lettuce crops. Some of the plantings will recover, but it could take another week or so to understand the full impact of this storm.
