Markon First Crop and Markon Essentials Limes are limited; packer label is being substituted as needed. Prices are rising. Mexican shipments into the U.S. are below normal levels.

• Yields are scarce in Veracruz, Mexico; shipments into the U.S. are much lighter than normal
• Large sizes from 110- through 200-count fruit are very tight; the crop is peaking on small-size fruit from 230- through 250-count
  • Expect prices to remain elevated through mid-September
• Flexibility in size may be needed for the next several weeks to completely fill orders
