Markon First Crop (MFC) Idaho Burbank Potatoes will be available through August 9. New crop, field-run Norkotahs will enter the market on August 5.

Storage Crop

• Several Idaho packing sheds have already closed for the season, increasing the strain on an already limited supply 
• Markets will remain active until mid-August
• Order lead-time and flexible loading dates will be needed for coverage                                                                                                                    

New Crop Norkotahs and Burbanks

• New crop Norkotah harvesting and packing will begin in a limited manner on August 5
• Field-run MFC Norkotahs will be available August 13
• The new crop Burbank harvest will start in late September

White Russets

• Storage crop White Russet potatoes will be available through August 7
• No timeline has yet been established for new crop availability
