The colored potato market continues to rise as demand exceeds supply in every growing region. Expect limited supplies and elevated prices through July.

• California: Reduced acreage and unseasonably cold, wet weather has reduced volume
• Colorado: The season is ending; new crop stocks will be available in late August
• Eastern Shore: Production will start in North Carolina and Virginia the week of June 24
• Florida: Abnormally warm and humid weather brought the season to an early end
• Idaho: Supplies remain limited
• Texas: Adverse weather conditions have limited supplies, but volume will increase by mid-July
