Markon First Crop (MFC) Washington D’Anjou Pears remain available. Washington Bartlett pear supplies will be depleted next week. The new crop packer label California Bartlett season will begin at the end of June.  

• MFC Washington D’Anjou Pear quality is excellent  
  • ​US No. 1 grade pear supplies are ample; fewer fancy grade apples are available   
  • Sizing is peaking on 80- through 110- count; small size 120- and 135- count are limited
• New crop 2018-2019 Bartlett pear season is expected to start mid-August
• 2018-2019 new crop D’Anjou production is forecast to begin late August
