Production will move north on both coasts over the next three to four weeks. Expect higher prices as growers transition into spring crops.

Bell Peppers

• Supplies in Mexico and Southern Florida will be available through late May
• Production in California is underway; harvesting in Northern Florida and Georgia will start by mid-May

Cucumbers

• Supplies are ample in Florida; Georgia crops will start by May 10
• Mexican supplies will tighten over the next three weeks as production shifts to Baja 

Squash

• Spring harvesting will start in two weeks in both California and Georgia
• Northern Mexico will continue to produce into May; limited supplies will push markets higher over the next week
