The Brussels sprouts market is elevated. Prices are expected to be fairly steady at these levels through the holiday pull.  

• The Salinas and Santa Maria Valleys are currently the main growing regions; production in Mexico will begin next week and continue to ramp up into January
• Quality is very good: discoloration and wilting are minimal
• As overall supplies increase, holiday demand is expected to climb alongside, keeping markets fairly steady over the next two to three weeks
