UPDATE: Cauliflower

Cauliflower supplies are limited; prices will remain elevated through mid-March. Ready-Set-Serve contract triggers are expected to be met by next week.
- Markon Essentials Cauliflower is available to load in Yuma, Arizona, but is being substituted with packer label as needed
- Yields are extremely low in the Arizona/California desert and Santa Maria due to industry-wide quality issues, including small size, soft shoulders, and yellow discoloration
- Limited stocks are available from Mexico (into South Texas)
