UPDATE: White Onion Supply Shortage

Northwestern white onion supplies will be very limited for the rest of the season.
- Sufficient supplies of Markon First Crop Red and Yellow Onions remain available in the Northwest through April
- The Mexican white onion crop is getting a late start this year, shifting stronger-than-normal demand for white onions to the U.S
- Prices will remain elevated until Mexican onions begin to cross into Texas
