Tomato prices continue to rise; supplies are extremely limited. Expect elevated markets through mid-January.

  • Last month’s rain and recent cold temperatures have hindered growth and reduced yields
  • The crop is dominated by small sizes (6x6 and 6x7); large sizes are tight (4x4 and 4x5)
• Mexican supplies remain limited
  • Baja volume will continue declining into late December
  • The winter crop out of Culiacan, Sinaloa has started in a limited manner; significant yields not expected until early January
