Tender leaf items (particularly arugula and spinach) are limited. Erratic weather patterns over the past several weeks continue to reduce supply levels.                                 

• The Yuma, Arizona growing region has experienced rain and freezing temperatures since late November, causing quality and shelf-life challenges
• Arugula, spinach, baby kale, and other spring mix varieties are exhibiting varying amounts of mildew, discoloration, mechanical damage, and reduced shelf-life
• We are currently putting quality alert flyers into Ready-Set-Serve Arugula, Heritage Blend, Spring Mix, and Spinach
