  • Markon First Crop (MFC) Idaho Potatoes will be limited, but available for the rest of the week
  • Heavy rain and snow has slowed harvesting 
  • Production is expected to return to normal next week when the fields dry out
  • Bag and Carton prices are expected to inch up over the next few weeks

Limited Bell Pepper Supplies

  • MFC and Markon Essentials Green and Red Bell Peppers are limited
  • Supplies are tightening in all regions
  • East Coast demand is shifting to California and Mexico
  • Prices are climbing
