  • Initial supply levels are low in Oxnard, California due to a disease referred to as Fusarium

Salinas Crop Transition

  • Iceberg, romaine, green leaf, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery supplies are limited and markets are rising
  • Harvesting continues to wind down in the Salinas Valley, leaving California’s Central Valley and the Yuma, Arizona and Coachella, California desert regions as the primary growing areas over the next few weeks
