Brussels Sprouts

• Ready-Set-Serve (RSS) Brussels Sprouts and RSS Brussels Sprout Halves are limited
• Heat has decreased yields in the growing regions of Mexico, but California’s supply will be sufficient to cover orders  
• Expect limited stocks and elevated prices during the summer months  

Iceberg Lettuce

• Markon First Crop (MFC) Premium Iceberg Lettuce is available
• Quality is good; harvesting crews are removing wind-damaged outer leaves
• Warm weather will promote crop growth for the next two weeks
• The market is expected to level out by next week as supplies increase

Idaho Potatoes

• MFC Idaho Burbank Potatoes are available
• Quality is good; pressure bruising and hollow heart are sporadic issues
• Size profile is dominated by the small and large end of the spectrum
• New crop Norkotahs will be available in early to mid-August
