• Newer varieties have better taste, longer shelf-life, crunchier texture, etc. 
• These types are drawing interest and gaining traction in the retail world

• Markon Essentials Cauliflower is sporadic; packer label is being substituted as needed
• Supplies are decreasing; expect limited stocks through December        
• Demand is strong
• Prices are increasing
