Cilantro

• Ready-Set-Serve Washed & Trimmed Cilantro is sporadic due to erratic quality; packer label will be substituted as needed
• Hot, humid weather in the Southern California growing regions is creating quality and shelf-life concerns
• Supplies are limited
• Prices are rising

Idaho Potatoes

• Limited supplies of Markon First Crop (MFC) Idaho Burbank Potatoes will be available through August 19
• The Idaho storage crop Burbank season is winding down
• New crop Norkotah production has started; new crop Burbank production will begin in late September/early October
• Depending on the size, new crop Norkotah cartons are priced higher than Burbanks

Onions

• Northwest MFC Red and Yellow Onions are being shipped out of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington

• California MFC Red and Yellow Onions will remain available through early September  
• New Mexico MFC Red and Yellow Onion season will conclude this week
• Utah MFC Red and Yellow Onions will be on the market next week
