Brussels Sprouts
- Ready-Set-Serve (RSS) Brussels Sprouts and RSS Brussels Sprout Halves are limited
- Yields are lower than expected in the primary growing region of Oxnard, California due to cool weather over the past several months
- Erratic weather patterns during Mexico’s growing season have also reduced stocks in the Oxnard region
Lemons
- Small lemons will be limited through June, California rains have increased fruit size in all growing areas
- Above-average precipitation causes fruit to gain size quickly
- The crop is dominated by 140-count and larger sizes; 165-count and smaller fruit is limited
- The market for small lemons will rise through late June
Onions
- Fresh-run Markon First Crop (MFC) Onions will be available in California’s Imperial Valley the week of April 22
- MFC Onions from New Mexico will start shipping in early June
