UPDATE: Strawberries

Post-holiday demand has increased; expect strawberry supplies to tighten through the weekend. Florida stocks were projected to increase with this week’s warmer temperatures, but so far that has not happened. Light rain is forecast for the California growing regions starting tomorrow, January 16. Quality is good in all growing regions.
- Florida volume is below projected levels this week
- There is a half inch of rain forecast for the California growing regions tomorrow
- Mexican stocks continue to cross into South Texas and Yuma, Arizona
- Oxnard stocks are expected to increase over the next 10 to 14 days
