The California stone fruit season is just around the corner. Volume is expected to ramp up by late May/early June.

• California-grown peaches and nectarines will begin shipping the week of May 25; sugar levels will range from 10 to 12 Brix
• California grown plums will start shipping the week of June 15; sugar levels vary from 12 to 14 Brix
• Supplies are expected to be plentiful into September/October
• The Georgia peach season will start in early May and run into September
• California-grown cherries will be in season through July
• The Washington cherry season runs from June to August
