UPDATE: Squash

Cooler-than-normal temperatures and rain continues to affect squash, reducing yields. Supplies remain extremely limited in all regions; prices are elevated.
- Inclement weather has slowed maturity in both Florida and Mexico
- Warmer temperatures in Mexico are forecast starting Thursday, March 5 through Thursday, March 12
- New crop squash from the growing areas of Sonora, Mexico have started harvesting in a limited way; supplies will increase by late next week
- Prices will remain elevated through next week
