Rain has slowed production in the East Coast regions of Michigan, New Jersey, and North Carolina
- Quality is good
- Yellow squash supplies are tightening
- Smaller summer local/regional deals across the country are supplementing supplies
-
California’s Central Valley is experiencing excessive heat which may impact production this week
- Santa Maria volume is steady
- Overall quality is good
- High heat is reducing harvesting time in Mexico’s Baja Peninsula
- Expect stocks to increase next week and prices should soften
