Squash markets are extremely active. Cool weather has slowed growth and reduced harvestable yields. The Mexican growing transition from Sonora to Sinaloa has been delayed.

- Rain is expected in Sinaloa later this week, potentially further delaying production
- The Sonora season is winding down
- Demand exceeds supply; prices are up
- Florida stocks are tighter than normal due to cool weather
- Expect elevated markets over the next two weeks
