Demand continues to exceed on Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Leaf, Iceberg, and Romaine supplies. Prices remain elevated.  

• Abnormally low temperatures continue to slow plant maturity and decrease yields, further depleting volume for next week
• Temperatures are expected to improve by Tuesday, February 26, which will help progress fields and increase harvest yields
