Romaine supplies are gradually increasing in California’s Salinas Valley. Expect prices to ease over the next several days and into next week.

• Production out of regional growing areas (Colorado, Eastern Canada, and the Northeastern U.S.) will finally increase by early next week
• Slightly higher yields are forecast in all growing areas over the next month
• Value-added prices will decrease to non-trigger levels towards the end of this week or next
