UPDATE: Onions

The overall onion market is easing. Fresh-run Texas supplies are about to enter the market, while sufficient storage stocks continue to be shipped from Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
- The Northwest season will run through late April/early May
- Mexican onions (into South Texas) continue to ramp up
- Texas-grown onions will become available the week of March 16
- Production in Imperial Valley, California will begin in late April
- The New Mexico season is forecast to start by early June
