UPDATE: Onions

Idaho, Oregon, and Washington onion suppliers will operate on a limited basis during the holiday weeks. Prices will inch up as supplies diminish.
- Onion production will be limited Tuesday, December 24 and January 31; sheds will shut down early
- Sheds are closed on Wednesday, December 25 and January 1
- Shippers loading Thursday, December 26 and January 2 are expected to experience slow loading days as they will be working to catch up
