UPDATE: New Apple Varieties Available
Red Delicious is the single, most widely grown apple in the state of Washington, but has fallen out of favor with American consumers. Gaining favor are the Fuji, Gala, and Honeycrisp, as well as several newer varieties. These newer varieties are dominated by 100- and 113- count fruit as younger, newly planted trees generally grow large-size fruit.
