Cold weather is tightening supplies. Expect rising broccoli, cauliflower, and celery prices through next week.  

• Abnormally low temperatures (highs below 70 degrees) are forecast over the next five to seven days   
• Sustained cold weather will slow maturity in the Arizona/California desert region
• Early morning ice in the fields will further lower volume by reducing harvesting hours
