Green bean supplies remain extremely tight. Demand will exceed supply through the Thanksgiving holiday. Expect limited stocks next week.

• Ready-Set-Serve Trimmed Green Beans are limited; packer label is being substituted as needed
• Hurricane Michael wiped out the Georgia crop; production is slowly getting under way in South Florida
• California growers are transitioning to new growing regions; supplies are slowly increasing in the desert areas this week
• Mexico is off to a slower-than-normal start due to Hurricane Sergio earlier this year
• Availability is not expected to increase until the week of November 19 (once demand eases and supplies become more plentiful)
