Green, red, and yellow bell pepper markets are elevated. All colors are limited.

• Green bell harvesting will end this week in the California desert; the new crop season is underway in California’s San Joaquin Valley
• Red and yellow production is winding down in the California desert; the San Joaquin Valley will not begin until July 8
• Mexico has light supplies of green, red, and yellow bells from the Coahuila region (crossing into South Texas)
• The Georgia season has ended; green bell production is ramping up in North Carolina (red and yellow are not common in this region)
• Michigan harvesting is delayed due to cool temperatures; the season is forecast to start mid- to late July
• Expect limited green, red, and yellow bell pepper supplies through mid-July
