Iceberg, romaine, green leaf, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery supplies are limited and markets are rising.

• Harvesting continues to wind down in the Salinas Valley, leaving California’s Central Valley and the Yuma, Arizona and Coachella, California desert regions as the primary growing areas over the next few weeks
• Pricing will remain volatile through the month; expect trigger pricing to take effect next week
  • Iceberg and cauliflower will trigger this coming Monday, November 11
  • Expect romaine, green leaf, broccoli, and celery to follow suit and trigger towards the end of next week or the week of November 18th
