The market for small lemons (140-count and smaller sizes) continues to rise; supplies are limited (all grades). Stocks of 95-count and larger are more plentiful. Overall quality is good.
- Small-size Markon First Crop and Markon Essentials Lemons are sporadic; packer label is being substituted as needed
- Flexibility on size, grade, and loading locations may be needed for order coverage

This season’s rainfall in California’s primary growing regions has increased growth and fruit size, limiting small lemons
- 145% more rainfall than average fell in California Coastal growing regions
- 135% more rainfall than average fell in Central Valley growing regions
- Expect prices to continue climbing through summer; offshore and Mexican supplies will hit the U.S. market in August
