UPDATE: Idaho Potatoes

Unseasonable cold weather and frost events during the growth cycle of this year’s Idaho crop has slowed the maturity. Idaho potato shippers will delay harvest of new crop Burbanks in an effort to increase the size of the individual potatoes.
- 40 and 50 count will remain extremely limited and at elevated pricing through the remainder of harvest

Substitution to Markon First Crop Washington Norkotahs may be necessary to fulfill load volume needs
- The lower Washington FOB prices will allow product to be delivered below Idaho delivered price levels
