Markon First Crop (MFC) Idaho Burbank Potatoes are currently available. MFC Norkotah Potatoes will remain available into April.

Storage Crop Supplies

• Pressure bruising and hollow heart are more present in storage crop Burbanks than in remaining Norkotah stocks
• Cold temperatures during harvesting have affected the integrity of storage crop Burbanks
  • Pressure bruising can be exacerbated when product is being ran, increasing time needed to pack orders
  • Sheds will need to run more raw product to pack the same number of cartons, reducing available supplies
• Size is dominated by 80- through 120-count potatoes; 40- through 70-count stocks require more lead-time

White Russets

• Storage crop White Russets will be available for shipping next week
• The crop is expected to be on the market through July without any further gaps
