Remaining Idaho Burbank storage stocks continue to be dominated by small sizes (80- to 100- count potatoes); 40- to 70- count supplies remain limited.

• 40- to 70-count pricing will continue to climb weekly through the rest of the 2020/2021 season
• Expect 80- to 100- count prices to hold steady
• Suppliers are only covering regular, weekly averages of 40- and 50- count sizes   
• Shippers need up to 10 working days (in some cases) to generate sufficient volume for 40- and 50-count orders
• The end of 2020/2021 season is currently forecast for mid-August
• New crop 2021/2022 harvesting is expected to begin the first week of August
