Extremely low temperatures are forecast in Eastern Idaho this week.  

• Temperatures need to be 18 degrees or warmer for five to seven hours of the day to transport potatoes to sheds
• The cold weather may affect the number of finished potatoes packed and delay loading times.
• Hauling from storage to production when temperatures are below 18 degrees will freeze the potatoes
