UPDATE: ICEBERG
November 09, 2020

-
Huron, California is currently the main growing region

-
The Arizona/California desert production has started in a limited manner
- Initial quality is excellent although most heads in the first fields are very light in weight
- Weights are anticipated to increase next week as temperatures warm up following this weekend’s cooler weather
- Expect tight supplies and active markets for the next 7 to 10 days
